1962
Mid-morning: Meeting of Brian and George Martin at Abbey Road.
Brian sends the Beatles a telegram to Hamburg with the news, from Wellington Road.

1964
'Can't Buy Me Love', 6th week in the Top 30 (Billboard).

1965
First of 2 performances of Bob Dylan at the Royal Albert Hall, ending his European tour. The Beatles and Donovan attend the show and spend the evening with him.

1966
Studio 2. 7.00-11.00pm. Recording: 'For No One' (takes 1-10). Producer: George Martin; Engineer: Geoff Emerick; 2nd Engineer: Phil McDonald.

1967
Studio 2. 11.00pm-6.15am. Recording: 'Untitled' (take 1). Producer: George Martin; 2nd Engineer: Geoff Emerick; 2nd Engineer: Richard Lush.
Instrumental jamming.

It is announced that Gerry Marsden will lead the team representing England in this year's European Song Cup competition. The team consists of Gerry Marsden, Dodie West, Roger Whittaker, Lois Lane and Oscar.

1969
