1963
Concert at the Odeon, Manchester (3rd British tour).
Concert at the Granada, Kingston (3rd British tour).
1964
'Can't Buy Me Love', 9th and last week in the Top 30 (Billboard).
'Love Me Do' number 1, 1st week (Billboard).
Brian buys 5 copies of 'Ain't She Sweet' at a West End record store.
1966
US single release: 'Paperback Writer'/'Rain', double A side.
Autograph hunters chase by car John in a Mini. John's Rolls Royce is stopped in Bushy Park Road, Teddington, Middlesex, by the police, and fined for speeding. The Mini is also stopped. The chasers get their autographs after the police finishes with John.
Brian flies from Madrid to New York to arrange the next American tour.
1968
Studio 2. 2.30pm-2.40am. Recording: 'Revolution' (working title of 'Revolution 1') (takes 1-18). Producer: George Martin; Engineer: Geoff Emerick; 2nd Engineer: Phil McDonald.
Start of sessions for 'The Beatles'. 1st time Yoko is present at the studio. Visit at the studio: Chris Thomas. Recording of rythm track, base for 'Revolution 1' and 'Revolution 9'.
1969
UK single release: 'The Ballad Of John And Yoko'/'Old Brown Shoe', 1st single in Britain and 1st Beatles release not mixed for mono.
1970
'Let It Be' single, 12th week in the Top 30 (Billboard).
'Live Peace In Toronto', 21st week in the ranking (Billboard).
1973 – George Harrison’s album “Living in the Material World” (Apple SMAS-3410) is released in the U.S.
1975 – Paul McCartney and Wings’ LP “Venus and Mars” (Capitol PCTC-254) is released in the U.K. Tracks: “Venus and Mars,” “Rock Show,” “Love In Song,” “You Gave Me the Answer,” “Magneto and Titanium Man,” “Letting Go,” “Venus and Mars (reprise),” “Spirits of Ancient Egypt,” “Medicine Jar,” “Call Me Back Again,” “Listen to What the Man Said,” “Treat Her Gently/Lonely Old People,” and “Crossroads Theme.”
1989 – The Beatles’ single “The Ballad of John and Yoko/Old Brown Shoe” (Parlophone RP-5786) is released in the U.K. as a 20th anniversary reissue. Released as a regular single and also as a picture disc.
